A World Champion and 23-time F1® race winner, Nico Rosberg is an unforgettable name in the sport. This race suit was worn by the German-Finnish driver during the 2014 season; a year that would kick start Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1® Team’s era of dominance.

Nico Rosberg joined the iconic German Constructor in 2010, alongside seven-time World Champion, Michael Schumacher, who had just returned to the sport following his initial retirement in 2006. In 2013 he was joined by his childhood racing friend (and competitor) Lewis Hamiton. Together they would become the strongest and most competitive team on the grid.
Whilst the 2013 season was a strong effort by the team, it wasn’t until 2014, that the Silver Arrows truly made headlines. The Mercedes F1 W05 Hybrid, piloted by Hamilton and Rosberg was an instant success, with Rosberg winning the season-opener in Australia by an impressive 27 seconds.
He went on to win five more races in Monaco, Austria, Germany and Brazil, as well as claim 10 further podiums – all of which were second-place finishes. His teammate went on to claim the Drivers’ Championship, with Nico a close runner up on 317 points. Collectively as a pairing, along with the impeccable W05 Hybrid, they would help Mercedes clinch their first Constructors’ Championship.
Rosberg continued to perform throughout the 2015 season, again finishing second to his teammate, and in 2016 when he would become the Drivers’ World Champion – following in the footsteps of his Champion father, Keke Rosberg – in a finale that saw both teammates in with a chance of taking the crown.
